How do I start a return?

Email us at info@fifthavenuestyle.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a printable return label and simple instructions.

Is return shipping free?

The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Of course. Contact us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll take care of the exchange.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few business days to show it.

How do I find my size?

Use the Size Finder on any product page: enter your height and weight, answer two quick questions about your build and fit, and get your recommended size in seconds. Detailed measurements are in the Size & Fit tab.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Tell the Size Finder how you like your clothes to fit and it will adjust its recommendation. For outerwear, choose the larger size if you like to layer over knitwear. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you choose.

The short puffer jacket with a very large faux fur hood

This short puffer jacket stops at the waist, cut roomy and square like a bomber. The black body is quilted in wide horizontal tubes over a very thick insulating fill, and the fixed hood is edged with a very wide band of long, dense faux fur that frames the whole face and falls over the shoulders. The zip rises to the chin, the cuffs and hem are tightened by wide ribbed bands and two pockets slip into the side seams. Four shades of faux fur on the same black: black, natural, white or brown. A black puffer jacket with faux fur hood, sizes XS to XL.

How to wear it

Over a cream ribbed jumper dress and opaque tights, zipped with the hood down, it marks the waist and makes the whole silhouette; with the hood up, the faux fur surrounds the face like a crown. Open, it falls short over the knit. This is the warm puffer jacket for the deepest cold and winter evenings, with black ankle boots.
