How do I start a return?

Email us at info@fifthavenuestyle.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a printable return label and simple instructions.

Is return shipping free?

The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Of course. Contact us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll take care of the exchange.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few business days to show it.

How do I find my size?

Use the Size Finder on any product page: enter your height and weight, answer two quick questions about your build and fit, and get your recommended size in seconds. Detailed measurements are in the Size & Fit tab.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Tell the Size Finder how you like your clothes to fit and it will adjust its recommendation. For outerwear, choose the larger size if you like to layer over knitwear. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you choose.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted and your card details are processed securely. We never see or store your full card number.

Is the 40% off already included in the price?

Yes. Prices in the Fall/Winter 2026 collection already include the discount. The original price is shown crossed out next to the sale price.

Do you offer savings on multiple items?

Yes. Add 2 items to your bag and save an extra 10%, 3 items for 15% and 4 or more items for 20%. The discount is applied automatically in your bag and at checkout.

The short puffer jacket that mixes quilting and knit

This short puffer jacket has a straight, slightly roomy cut that stops at the hip. The body is quilted in large diamonds; the raglan sleeves and funnel collar are entirely knitted in a cable knit of the same colour, with ribbed cuffs. The exposed zip rises to the chin, two piped pockets slip onto the hips and a hem cord with long ends adjusts at the front. A mid-season quilted jacket in Beige, Light Grey, Sage Green, Olive Green or Black.

How to wear it

Over a white shirt and raw straight jeans, zipped to the collar, it warms cool mornings with a pair of white trainers; open, it shows the shirt and falls straight. The knitted sleeves give it the look of a cardigan, which makes it an easy lightweight puffer jacket to wear from October to March, alone or under a coat. Sage Green and Beige brighten, Olive Green and Black go with everything.

We process orders within 2–4 business days. Delivery within the US then takes 3–4 business days, so most orders arrive within 5–8 business days.
