How do I start a return?

Email us at info@fifthavenuestyle.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a printable return label and simple instructions.

Is return shipping free?

The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Of course. Contact us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll take care of the exchange.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few business days to show it.

How do I find my size?

Use the Size Finder on any product page: enter your height and weight, answer two quick questions about your build and fit, and get your recommended size in seconds. Detailed measurements are in the Size & Fit tab.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Tell the Size Finder how you like your clothes to fit and it will adjust its recommendation. For outerwear, choose the larger size if you like to layer over knitwear. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you choose.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted and your card details are processed securely. We never see or store your full card number.

Is the 40% off already included in the price?

Yes. Prices in the Fall/Winter 2026 collection already include the discount. The original price is shown crossed out next to the sale price.

Do you offer savings on multiple items?

Yes. Add 2 items to your bag and save an extra 10%, 3 items for 15% and 4 or more items for 20%. The discount is applied automatically in your bag and at checkout.

The Honor is the coat for the days when sleeves feel like too much commitment. Sized XS to 2XL and offered in Black, Coffee, Khaki, Navy Blue and White, the fit is true to size, with a comfortable regular cut.

Built Around

Cape cut: no set-in sleeve, so it goes over absolutely anything — a blazer, a chunky knit, a dress with a full sleeve.
High neck: closes right up at the throat, which is what makes a cape practical rather than decorative.
Self-tie belt: cinch it for a defined waist, or leave it loose and let it fall.
Five colourways: four quiet neutrals plus a white for the dramatic version.

Where It Goes

Over tailoring it is the smartest thing in the wardrobe; over jeans and boots it is the easiest. Just keep the sleeves underneath slim so the cape does the volume.

Not if what is underneath has sleeves — that is how a cape is meant to work. It is a layer over a layer.

Is it smart enough for the office?
It is the smartest silhouette in the drop, particularly in black or navy.

Yes — take your usual size. A cape is forgiving, so a size guess is low risk here.
