How do I start a return?

Email us at info@fifthavenuestyle.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a printable return label and simple instructions.

Is return shipping free?

The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Of course. Contact us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll take care of the exchange.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few business days to show it.

How do I find my size?

Use the Size Finder on any product page: enter your height and weight, answer two quick questions about your build and fit, and get your recommended size in seconds. Detailed measurements are in the Size & Fit tab.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Tell the Size Finder how you like your clothes to fit and it will adjust its recommendation. For outerwear, choose the larger size if you like to layer over knitwear. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you choose.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted and your card details are processed securely. We never see or store your full card number.

Is the 40% off already included in the price?

Yes. Prices in the Fall/Winter 2026 collection already include the discount. The original price is shown crossed out next to the sale price.

Do you offer savings on multiple items?

Yes. Add 2 items to your bag and save an extra 10%, 3 items for 15% and 4 or more items for 20%. The discount is applied automatically in your bag and at checkout.

There is a particular kind of cold that only proper outerwear solves. The Bridget is our answer — a trench coat made to be lived in. It runs S to L in a single black, and the fit is true to size, with a comfortable regular cut.

Why It Earns Its Hook

Wool-look face: the depth and matte finish of wool without the weight or the dry-clean-only fragility.
Double-breasted: fasten it high for the coldest days, or drop the top button and let the lapel fall open.
Self-tie belt: cinch it for a defined waist or leave it loose for an easy, thrown-on look.
Falls below the knee: the length that makes the difference on a station platform.

How To Wear It

Layer it over a chunky knit for the coldest weeks, then over a shirt alone once the weather softens. Black, belted and below the knee goes with everything already in the wardrobe.

Looking After It

Dry clean recommended to protect the structure. Spot-clean small marks with a damp cloth. Steam rather than iron, and rest it on a broad hanger between wears.

Yes — take your usual size. Note this style runs S to L only, so check the size guide if you are at either end.

Will it hold up in the rain?
It handles drizzle comfortably. For a genuinely wet commute, take the Josephine or the Edith instead.

Will it fit over a jumper?
It will. The body and sleeve are cut with layering room.
