How do I start a return?

Email us at info@fifthavenuestyle.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a printable return label and simple instructions.

Is return shipping free?

The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Of course. Contact us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll take care of the exchange.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few business days to show it.

How do I find my size?

Use the Size Finder on any product page: enter your height and weight, answer two quick questions about your build and fit, and get your recommended size in seconds. Detailed measurements are in the Size & Fit tab.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Tell the Size Finder how you like your clothes to fit and it will adjust its recommendation. For outerwear, choose the larger size if you like to layer over knitwear. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you choose.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted and your card details are processed securely. We never see or store your full card number.

Is the 40% off already included in the price?

Yes. Prices in the Fall/Winter 2026 collection already include the discount. The original price is shown crossed out next to the sale price.

Do you offer savings on multiple items?

Yes. Add 2 items to your bag and save an extra 10%, 3 items for 15% and 4 or more items for 20%. The discount is applied automatically in your bag and at checkout.

The Della teddy coat was cut for real winters: school runs, late trains, long walks between one warm room and the next. Sized S to 3XL and offered in Pink, Blue, Camel and Black, the fit is true to size, with a comfortable regular cut.

Built Around

Teddy fleece: a deep, curly pile that traps air — which is why a coat this light feels this warm.
Stand collar: covers the throat without needing a scarf, and keeps the fleece off your chin.
Full-length zip: seals the front properly, which a button teddy coat never quite does.
Pink and blue: two soft colourways alongside the safe camel and black.

Styling Notes

Keep it simple — knitwear, denim, boots — and let the texture carry the outfit. Teddy fleece adds visual volume, so slim trousers balance it better than wide ones.

Care Notes

Spot clean only. Shake out and brush the pile in one direction to keep it lofted. Do not wash, wring or tumble dry — heat mats teddy fleece permanently. Hang loosely so the pile is not crushed.

Can I wash it at home?
No — spot clean only. A machine wash will mat the pile and it does not come back.

How warm is it, really?
Very warm for its weight. The fleece traps heat quickly, though it is warm rather than windproof.

Does it run true to size?
Yes — take your usual size. The pile adds a little bulk, so it will feel snug over a chunky knit.

We process orders within 2–4 business days. Delivery within the US then takes 3–4 business days, so most orders arrive within 5–8 business days.
