How do I start a return?

Email us at info@fifthavenuestyle.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a printable return label and simple instructions.

Is return shipping free?

The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Of course. Contact us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll take care of the exchange.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few business days to show it.

How do I find my size?

Use the Size Finder on any product page: enter your height and weight, answer two quick questions about your build and fit, and get your recommended size in seconds. Detailed measurements are in the Size & Fit tab.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Tell the Size Finder how you like your clothes to fit and it will adjust its recommendation. For outerwear, choose the larger size if you like to layer over knitwear. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you choose.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted and your card details are processed securely. We never see or store your full card number.

Is the 40% off already included in the price?

Yes. Prices in the Fall/Winter 2026 collection already include the discount. The original price is shown crossed out next to the sale price.

Do you offer savings on multiple items?

Yes. Add 2 items to your bag and save an extra 10%, 3 items for 15% and 4 or more items for 20%. The discount is applied automatically in your bag and at checkout.

SUTERAA designed the Dorothy as a leather jacket that does the heavy lifting all autumn and still looks considered. The fit is true to size, with a comfortable regular cut. It comes in Blue, Grey, Black and Beige, sized S to 2XL.

Care Notes

Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth; a suede brush lifts the nap if it flattens. Do not machine wash, tumble dry or iron. Store on a wide hanger so the shoulders keep their shape.

Yes — take your usual size for the intended fit. If you plan to layer a thick jumper underneath, size up once.

Is it smart enough for the office?
It is — the suede-effect finish reads softer and more tailored than a shiny leather jacket.

Does the nap mark?
It shows water spots. Let them dry naturally and brush the nap back — do not rub while wet.
