How do I start a return?

Email us at info@fifthavenuestyle.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a printable return label and simple instructions.

Is return shipping free?

The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Of course. Contact us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll take care of the exchange.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few business days to show it.

How do I find my size?

Use the Size Finder on any product page: enter your height and weight, answer two quick questions about your build and fit, and get your recommended size in seconds. Detailed measurements are in the Size & Fit tab.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Tell the Size Finder how you like your clothes to fit and it will adjust its recommendation. For outerwear, choose the larger size if you like to layer over knitwear. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you choose.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted and your card details are processed securely. We never see or store your full card number.

Is the 40% off already included in the price?

Yes. Prices in the Fall/Winter 2026 collection already include the discount. The original price is shown crossed out next to the sale price.

Do you offer savings on multiple items?

Yes. Add 2 items to your bag and save an extra 10%, 3 items for 15% and 4 or more items for 20%. The discount is applied automatically in your bag and at checkout.

The Eleanor is our shearling jacket for the stretch of the year when the coat you grab is the outfit. It runs S to 3XL in a single deep brown, and the fit is generous, with room to layer underneath.

What Makes It Work

Roomy through the body: cut to slide over a chunky jumper without pulling at the shoulders.
Cropped length: hits at the waist, which keeps high-rise trousers and midi skirts looking long.
Faux shearling: dense, soft pile with none of the animal cost, and none of the weight of the real thing.
Button front: fastens fully against the wind or hangs open as a soft, unstructured layer.

Styling Notes

Over a roll-neck and straight-leg denim with ankle boots for the everyday version. Over a slip dress and heeled boots when the evening asks for more. Over gym kit on a Sunday, because that is what a good jacket is for.

Care Notes

Spot clean only. Shake out and brush the pile in one direction to keep it lofted. Do not wash, wring or tumble dry. Hang loosely so the pile is not crushed.

Is this a good gift?
It is one of our most-given pieces in December — a neutral colour, forgiving sizing and a size guide on the page that takes the guesswork out.

Does it run true to size?
Yes — take your usual size for the intended relaxed fit. Size up only if you want to wear it over heavy knitwear.

Does the pile flatten?
It compresses where a bag strap sits. Brushing it through in one direction lifts it straight back up.
