How do I start a return?

Email us at info@fifthavenuestyle.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a printable return label and simple instructions.

Is return shipping free?

The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Of course. Contact us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll take care of the exchange.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few business days to show it.

How do I find my size?

Use the Size Finder on any product page: enter your height and weight, answer two quick questions about your build and fit, and get your recommended size in seconds. Detailed measurements are in the Size & Fit tab.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Tell the Size Finder how you like your clothes to fit and it will adjust its recommendation. For outerwear, choose the larger size if you like to layer over knitwear. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you choose.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted and your card details are processed securely. We never see or store your full card number.

Is the 40% off already included in the price?

Yes. Prices in the Fall/Winter 2026 collection already include the discount. The original price is shown crossed out next to the sale price.

Do you offer savings on multiple items?

Yes. Add 2 items to your bag and save an extra 10%, 3 items for 15% and 4 or more items for 20%. The discount is applied automatically in your bag and at checkout.

SUTERAA designed the Eliza as the trench you buy once and keep for a decade. Sized S to 3XL and offered in Beige, Black, Navy, Blue, Green and Red, the fit is true to size, with a comfortable regular cut.

What Makes It Work

Double-breasted: fasten it high for the coldest days, or drop the top button and let the lapel fall open.
Belted waist: the one detail that stops a long coat reading as shapeless.
Beige: the original trench colour, and still the one that goes with the most.
S to 3XL: the full classic in a broader size run than the shape usually gets.

How To Wear It

Start with the boring version — jeans, a jumper, boots — and it still looks intentional. Swap in wide trousers and a loafer and it reads as an outfit someone planned.
