How do I start a return?

Email us at info@fifthavenuestyle.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a printable return label and simple instructions.

Is return shipping free?

The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Of course. Contact us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll take care of the exchange.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few business days to show it.

How do I find my size?

Use the Size Finder on any product page: enter your height and weight, answer two quick questions about your build and fit, and get your recommended size in seconds. Detailed measurements are in the Size & Fit tab.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Tell the Size Finder how you like your clothes to fit and it will adjust its recommendation. For outerwear, choose the larger size if you like to layer over knitwear. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you choose.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted and your card details are processed securely. We never see or store your full card number.

Is the 40% off already included in the price?

Yes. Prices in the Fall/Winter 2026 collection already include the discount. The original price is shown crossed out next to the sale price.

Do you offer savings on multiple items?

Yes. Add 2 items to your bag and save an extra 10%, 3 items for 15% and 4 or more items for 20%. The discount is applied automatically in your bag and at checkout.

Do I need an account to order?

HELENA

The Helena is a soft, warm sweater with real weight to the knit, cut to sit comfortably without clinging. It is the sort of thing you put on for an ordinary morning and then find you keep on all day.

WHY WOMEN LOVE THE HELENA

Soft from the first wearing. Not a knit that needs three months before it stops itching. If it is going on at eight in the morning and coming off at ten at night, it has to be kind against the skin.
Real weight in the knit. Enough that it holds its shape instead of dropping at the shoulders by November, which is what turns a lovely sweater into an old one in about six weeks.
Cuffs that hold their shape. Ribbed at the wrist and the hem, so it still looks like itself in February rather than stretched out and slack.
Buttons that stay flat. A short placket you can open or close depending on the room, with buttonholes that keep their shape.
Room through the shoulder. Cut with width across the back and the upper arm, so you can reach a top shelf or carry the shopping without it dragging.
