How do I start a return?

Email us at info@fifthavenuestyle.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a printable return label and simple instructions.

Is return shipping free?

The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Of course. Contact us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll take care of the exchange.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few business days to show it.

How do I find my size?

Use the Size Finder on any product page: enter your height and weight, answer two quick questions about your build and fit, and get your recommended size in seconds. Detailed measurements are in the Size & Fit tab.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Tell the Size Finder how you like your clothes to fit and it will adjust its recommendation. For outerwear, choose the larger size if you like to layer over knitwear. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you choose.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted and your card details are processed securely. We never see or store your full card number.

Is the 40% off already included in the price?

Yes. Prices in the Fall/Winter 2026 collection already include the discount. The original price is shown crossed out next to the sale price.

Do you offer savings on multiple items?

Yes. Add 2 items to your bag and save an extra 10%, 3 items for 15% and 4 or more items for 20%. The discount is applied automatically in your bag and at checkout.

SUTERAA made the Jane for the in-between hours — cold office, colder walk home. Sized S to 3XL and offered in Pink, Apricot, Ginger, Sky Blue, Emerald Green and three further shades, the fit is true to size, with a comfortable regular cut.

The Detail That Matters

Cable texture: the stitch does the styling work — no print or hardware required.
Button-through front: wear it fastened as a top or open as a layer.
Eight colourways: enough range to find the one that matches the coat you already own.
Colour that holds: dyed to resist the grey-out that cheap knitwear suffers by February.

How To Wear It

Button it over a vest and jeans, or wear it open across a midi dress with boots. It layers under a coat without bunching at the shoulder.

Care Notes

Hand wash cool or use a wool cycle inside a mesh bag. Reshape while damp and dry flat — never hang wet knitwear. Cool iron under a cloth if needed.

Questions, Answered

Will the knit pill?
Some surface pilling is normal on soft yarns in the first few wears. A cheap fabric comb removes it in seconds and it settles down after that.

Can I wash it at home?
Hand wash cool or use a wool cycle inside a mesh bag.

Will it fit over a jumper?
It will. The body and sleeve are cut with layering room, so a mid-weight knit underneath will not pull across the back or shoulders.
