How do I start a return?

Email us at info@fifthavenuestyle.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a printable return label and simple instructions.

Is return shipping free?

The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Of course. Contact us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll take care of the exchange.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few business days to show it.

How do I find my size?

Use the Size Finder on any product page: enter your height and weight, answer two quick questions about your build and fit, and get your recommended size in seconds. Detailed measurements are in the Size & Fit tab.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Tell the Size Finder how you like your clothes to fit and it will adjust its recommendation. For outerwear, choose the larger size if you like to layer over knitwear. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you choose.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted and your card details are processed securely. We never see or store your full card number.

Is the 40% off already included in the price?

Yes. Prices in the Fall/Winter 2026 collection already include the discount. The original price is shown crossed out next to the sale price.

Do you offer savings on multiple items?

Yes. Add 2 items to your bag and save an extra 10%, 3 items for 15% and 4 or more items for 20%. The discount is applied automatically in your bag and at checkout.

The Juliet winter coat was cut for real winters: school runs, late trains, long walks between one warm room and the next. It runs S to 3XL, comes in Black, Grey and Camel, and the fit is close to the body and neat through the waist.

The Detail That Matters

Notch lapel: the tailoring detail that makes a coat read as a coat rather than a wrap — it sits flat whether the top button is done or not.
Long line: covers what a short coat leaves out — the lower back, the top of the thigh.
Slim through the waist: shaped by the seams, not a belt, so nothing bunches under a bag strap.

Styling Notes

Keep it simple — knitwear, denim, boots — and let the coat carry the outfit. If you want it sharper, tuck a shirt collar over the lapel and swap trainers for a heeled boot.

Fabric & Care

Dry clean recommended to protect the structure. Spot-clean small marks with a damp cloth. Steam rather than iron, and rest it on a broad hanger between wears.

Will it fit over a jumper?
Over a fine knit, comfortably. This is a slim cut, so size up once if a chunky jumper is the plan.

Does it run true to size?
It runs close. Take your usual size to wear over a shirt, or one up to layer properly.

Is it smart enough for the office?
It is the smartest coat in this drop — the notch lapel and slim line read as tailoring.
