How do I start a return?

Email us at info@fifthavenuestyle.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a printable return label and simple instructions.

Is return shipping free?

The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Of course. Contact us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll take care of the exchange.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few business days to show it.

How do I find my size?

Use the Size Finder on any product page: enter your height and weight, answer two quick questions about your build and fit, and get your recommended size in seconds. Detailed measurements are in the Size & Fit tab.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Tell the Size Finder how you like your clothes to fit and it will adjust its recommendation. For outerwear, choose the larger size if you like to layer over knitwear. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you choose.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted and your card details are processed securely. We never see or store your full card number.

Is the 40% off already included in the price?

Yes. Prices in the Fall/Winter 2026 collection already include the discount. The original price is shown crossed out next to the sale price.

Do you offer savings on multiple items?

Yes. Add 2 items to your bag and save an extra 10%, 3 items for 15% and 4 or more items for 20%. The discount is applied automatically in your bag and at checkout.

Some pieces get worn twice a season. The Lorna is not one of them — it is the faux fur coat that ends up on the hook by the door from October onwards. The fit is short and sharp at the waist. It comes in seven colourways, sized S to 2XL.

What You Get

Cropped length: hits at the waist, which keeps high-rise trousers and midi skirts looking long — and stops faux fur overwhelming a smaller frame.
Dense faux fur: a soft, full pile with none of the animal cost.
Seven colourways: grey, white and black for the classic, plus curry, apricot and pink for something less expected.
Everyday durability: chosen for how it looks after thirty wears, not three.

Where It Goes

Over a slip dress for the evening, or over jeans and a roll-neck to make a plain outfit look considered. Keep the rest of the silhouette slim.

Fabric & Care

Spot clean only. Shake out and brush the pile in one direction to keep it lofted. Do not wash, wring or tumble dry. Hang loosely so the pile is not crushed.

Does it run true to size?
Yes — take your usual size. The pile adds bulk, so it will feel snug over a chunky knit.

Can I wash it at home?
No — spot clean only. A wash mats the pile and it does not recover.

How warm is it, really?
Warmer than it looks, but it is cropped — so your lower back is exposed on a cold day.
