Some pieces get worn twice a season. The Lucinda is not one of them — it is the winter coat that ends up on the hook by the door from October onwards. The fit is true to size, with a comfortable regular cut. It comes in Black and Grey, sized XS to 3XL.

What Makes It Work

  • Asymmetric button line: the fastening runs off-centre, which is the whole design — it turns a plain coat into something people ask about.
  • Stand collar: covers the throat without needing a scarf.
  • Wool-blend cloth: warm without bulk, and it drapes rather than standing away from the body.
  • XS to 3XL: one of the broadest size runs in the drop for a tailored shape.

Collar up, sleeves pushed back, bag across the body. The asymmetric line does the work, so keep everything underneath plain.

Fabric & Care

Dry clean recommended to protect the structure. Spot-clean small marks with a damp cloth. Steam rather than iron, and rest it on a broad hanger between wears.

Yes — it is one of the more design-led coats here, but the black reads as straightforwardly smart.

Does it run true to size?
Yes — take your usual size. Size up once if you plan to layer a thick jumper underneath.

Does the asymmetric front sit flat?
It does, once buttoned. It is cut with the overlap allowed for rather than pulled across.
