How do I start a return?

Email us at info@fifthavenuestyle.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a printable return label and simple instructions.

Is return shipping free?

The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Of course. Contact us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll take care of the exchange.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few business days to show it.

How do I find my size?

Use the Size Finder on any product page: enter your height and weight, answer two quick questions about your build and fit, and get your recommended size in seconds. Detailed measurements are in the Size & Fit tab.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Tell the Size Finder how you like your clothes to fit and it will adjust its recommendation. For outerwear, choose the larger size if you like to layer over knitwear. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you choose.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted and your card details are processed securely. We never see or store your full card number.

Is the 40% off already included in the price?

Yes. Prices in the Fall/Winter 2026 collection already include the discount. The original price is shown crossed out next to the sale price.

Do you offer savings on multiple items?

Yes. Add 2 items to your bag and save an extra 10%, 3 items for 15% and 4 or more items for 20%. The discount is applied automatically in your bag and at checkout.

SUTERAA designed the Marigold as a trench coat that does the heavy lifting all winter and still looks considered. Available in Black, Light Blue, Grey, Khaki, Pink and White and sized S to 2XL — the fit is true to size, with a comfortable regular cut.

Built Around

Two rows of buttons: the overlap is what keeps wind off the chest, and what makes the shape read as tailoring rather than a shell.
Waist belt included: switches the shape from column to hourglass in one movement.
Longline cut: extra coverage below the hip where the cold actually gets in.
Six colourways: three neutrals for the classic trench, plus light blue, pink and white for a softer take.

How To Wear It

It sits well over volume: a midi skirt, a wide-leg trouser, a dress with a full hem. Nothing needs to be tucked or smoothed first.

Looking After It

Dry clean recommended to protect the structure. Spot-clean small marks with a damp cloth. Steam rather than iron, and rest it on a broad hanger between wears.

It will. The body and sleeve are cut with layering room.

Will it hold up in the rain?
It handles drizzle and short downpours comfortably. For sustained heavy rain, treat it as showerproof rather than a technical shell.

Which colour is the safest choice?
Khaki is the traditional trench colour and the easiest to wear; black is the smartest; white is the one that needs the most care.
