How do I start a return?

Email us at info@fifthavenuestyle.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a printable return label and simple instructions.

Is return shipping free?

The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Of course. Contact us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll take care of the exchange.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few business days to show it.

How do I find my size?

Use the Size Finder on any product page: enter your height and weight, answer two quick questions about your build and fit, and get your recommended size in seconds. Detailed measurements are in the Size & Fit tab.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Tell the Size Finder how you like your clothes to fit and it will adjust its recommendation. For outerwear, choose the larger size if you like to layer over knitwear. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you choose.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted and your card details are processed securely. We never see or store your full card number.

Is the 40% off already included in the price?

Yes. Prices in the Fall/Winter 2026 collection already include the discount. The original price is shown crossed out next to the sale price.

Do you offer savings on multiple items?

Yes. Add 2 items to your bag and save an extra 10%, 3 items for 15% and 4 or more items for 20%. The discount is applied automatically in your bag and at checkout.

This cape coat is cut with wide batwing sleeves that fall from a high neckline, and a belt at the waist draws the shape in so it flares below rather than hanging straight. The wool-feel fabric holds its structure, and the length finishes at the hip.

The silhouette is the whole point here, so keep what's underneath slim. Wear it belted over a fitted knit with skinny or straight-leg trousers and boots, or loose over a dress. Because the shape carries the interest, the rest can stay plain.
