How do I start a return?

Email us at info@fifthavenuestyle.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a printable return label and simple instructions.

Is return shipping free?

The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Of course. Contact us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll take care of the exchange.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few business days to show it.

How do I find my size?

Use the Size Finder on any product page: enter your height and weight, answer two quick questions about your build and fit, and get your recommended size in seconds. Detailed measurements are in the Size & Fit tab.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Tell the Size Finder how you like your clothes to fit and it will adjust its recommendation. For outerwear, choose the larger size if you like to layer over knitwear. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you choose.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted and your card details are processed securely. We never see or store your full card number.

Is the 40% off already included in the price?

Yes. Prices in the Fall/Winter 2026 collection already include the discount. The original price is shown crossed out next to the sale price.

Do you offer savings on multiple items?

Yes. Add 2 items to your bag and save an extra 10%, 3 items for 15% and 4 or more items for 20%. The discount is applied automatically in your bag and at checkout.

There is a particular kind of cold that only proper outerwear solves. The Naomi is our answer — a puffer jacket made to be lived in. Sized XS to 4XL and offered in Lavender, Beige, Pink, Blue and Grey, the fit is true to size, with a comfortable regular cut.

What Makes It Work

Stand collar, no hood: a clean neckline that sits flat under a scarf and does not bunch under a bag strap.
Quilted fill: evenly distributed padding that traps heat without the marshmallow bulk.
Soft colour run: lavender, beige, pink and blue — a puffer palette that does not look like ski kit.
XS to 4XL: graded properly through the shoulder and sleeve, not just scaled up.

How To Wear It

Keep it simple — knitwear, denim, boots — and let the colour carry the outfit. The stand collar means a scarf sits neatly rather than fighting a hood.

Looking After It

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Tumble dry low with a couple of dryer balls to redistribute the fill. Do not bleach or dry clean.

How warm is it, really?
It is a lightweight fill — excellent for autumn and as a mid-layer in deep winter, rather than a standalone January coat.

The stand collar helps — it reads cleaner over tailoring than a hooded puffer does.
