How do I start a return?

Email us at info@fifthavenuestyle.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a printable return label and simple instructions.

Is return shipping free?

The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Of course. Contact us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll take care of the exchange.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few business days to show it.

How do I find my size?

Use the Size Finder on any product page: enter your height and weight, answer two quick questions about your build and fit, and get your recommended size in seconds. Detailed measurements are in the Size & Fit tab.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Tell the Size Finder how you like your clothes to fit and it will adjust its recommendation. For outerwear, choose the larger size if you like to layer over knitwear. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you choose.

Is my payment secure?

Is the 40% off already included in the price?

Thanks to its padding filling, it offers medium heat, ideal for spring and fall and cool fall temperatures, without being excessively bulky.

Is the closure a zipper or buttons?
The closure is snap buttons throughout the front length, including side pockets with flap.

Is the silhouette very oversized or does it have any shape?
The cut is clearly oversized with voluminous puff sleeves, but the ribbed in the hem slightly defines the silhouette and prevents it from becoming too informal.

What sizes is it recommended to wear it?
Being oversized, if you hesitate between two sizes we recommend you stay with the smallest one to avoid unnecessary excess volume.
