How do I start a return?

Email us at info@fifthavenuestyle.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a printable return label and simple instructions.

Is return shipping free?

The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Of course. Contact us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll take care of the exchange.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few business days to show it.

How do I find my size?

Use the Size Finder on any product page: enter your height and weight, answer two quick questions about your build and fit, and get your recommended size in seconds. Detailed measurements are in the Size & Fit tab.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Tell the Size Finder how you like your clothes to fit and it will adjust its recommendation. For outerwear, choose the larger size if you like to layer over knitwear. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you choose.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted and your card details are processed securely. We never see or store your full card number.

Is the 40% off already included in the price?

Yes. Prices in the Fall/Winter 2026 collection already include the discount. The original price is shown crossed out next to the sale price.

Do you offer savings on multiple items?

Yes. Add 2 items to your bag and save an extra 10%, 3 items for 15% and 4 or more items for 20%. The discount is applied automatically in your bag and at checkout.

Layering season has a shortlist, and the Orla cardigan is on it. It runs one size, cut to fit a broad range, comes in Gray, Beige, Yellow and Pink, and the fit is close to the body and neat through the waist.

What Makes It Work

V-neckline: sits neatly whether worn open or buttoned, and gives a necklace somewhere to sit.
Asymmetric button placket: an off-centre line that keeps a plain knit from looking plain.
Fitted through the waist: shaped rather than boxy, so it layers under a coat without bulk.
Colour that holds: dyed to resist the grey-out that cheap knitwear suffers by February.

How To Wear It

Sleeves pushed to the elbow, hem left long over jeans. It is the least effortful thing in the wardrobe that still looks put together.

Some surface pilling is normal on soft yarns in the first few wears. A cheap fabric comb removes it in seconds and it settles down after that.
