How do I start a return?

Email us at info@fifthavenuestyle.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a printable return label and simple instructions.

Is return shipping free?

The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Of course. Contact us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll take care of the exchange.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few business days to show it.

How do I find my size?

Use the Size Finder on any product page: enter your height and weight, answer two quick questions about your build and fit, and get your recommended size in seconds. Detailed measurements are in the Size & Fit tab.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Tell the Size Finder how you like your clothes to fit and it will adjust its recommendation. For outerwear, choose the larger size if you like to layer over knitwear. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you choose.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted and your card details are processed securely. We never see or store your full card number.

Is the 40% off already included in the price?

Yes. Prices in the Fall/Winter 2026 collection already include the discount. The original price is shown crossed out next to the sale price.

Do you offer savings on multiple items?

Yes. Add 2 items to your bag and save an extra 10%, 3 items for 15% and 4 or more items for 20%. The discount is applied automatically in your bag and at checkout.

The oversized belted puffer jacket: XXL volume with a defined waist

This oversized puffer jacket stops at mid-thigh in a very roomy boxy cut with dropped shoulders. Its very wide, puffy horizontal channels are cut from a matte, slightly lustrous nylon, and its large, puffy hood sits on a high stand collar. A quilted belt in the same fabric passes through a loop and tightens at the waist to sculpt the silhouette beneath the volume. The ring-pull zip hides under a popper placket, two piped pockets warm the hands and the cuffs fasten with a popper tab. A warm puffer jacket in two colourways, sizes S to L.

How to wear it

Over a fine cream roll neck and off-white straight trousers, poppered and belted with black ankle boots, it plays on the contrast between volume and a slim waist. With the hood up it wraps up to the ears; open and unbelted, it returns to its raw oversized cut. This is the hooded puffer jacket for the coldest city days.
