How do I start a return?

Email us at info@fifthavenuestyle.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a printable return label and simple instructions.

Is return shipping free?

The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Of course. Contact us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll take care of the exchange.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few business days to show it.

How do I find my size?

Use the Size Finder on any product page: enter your height and weight, answer two quick questions about your build and fit, and get your recommended size in seconds. Detailed measurements are in the Size & Fit tab.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Tell the Size Finder how you like your clothes to fit and it will adjust its recommendation. For outerwear, choose the larger size if you like to layer over knitwear. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you choose.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted and your card details are processed securely. We never see or store your full card number.

Is the 40% off already included in the price?

Yes. Prices in the Fall/Winter 2026 collection already include the discount. The original price is shown crossed out next to the sale price.

Do you offer savings on multiple items?

Yes. Add 2 items to your bag and save an extra 10%, 3 items for 15% and 4 or more items for 20%. The discount is applied automatically in your bag and at checkout.

Meet the Wendy: a leather jacket built around one question — will you actually reach for it on a cold Tuesday morning? The fit is close to the body and neat through the waist. It comes in Black, Pink, Red, Blue and Green, sized XS to 3XL.

Built Around

Slim biker cut: close through the body and short at the hem — the shape that layers under a coat without bulk.
Supple faux leather: broken-in softness from day one, no stiff plastic feel.
Five colourways: black for the classic, plus pink, red, blue and green for anyone who does not want the classic.
XS to 3XL: a wider run than most slim-cut leather jackets offer.

Styling Notes

Over a slip dress with boots, or over straight denim and a plain tee. In the brighter colours the jacket is the outfit — keep the rest quiet.

Fabric & Care

Wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry naturally away from direct heat. Do not machine wash, tumble dry or iron the faux-leather face. Store on a wide hanger so the shoulders keep their shape.
