How do I start a return?

Email us at info@fifthavenuestyle.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a printable return label and simple instructions.

Is return shipping free?

The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Of course. Contact us with your order number and the size you need, and we'll take care of the exchange.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few business days to show it.

How do I find my size?

Use the Size Finder on any product page: enter your height and weight, answer two quick questions about your build and fit, and get your recommended size in seconds. Detailed measurements are in the Size & Fit tab.

What if I'm between two sizes?

Tell the Size Finder how you like your clothes to fit and it will adjust its recommendation. For outerwear, choose the larger size if you like to layer over knitwear. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you choose.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted and your card details are processed securely. We never see or store your full card number.

Is the 40% off already included in the price?

Yes. Prices in the Fall/Winter 2026 collection already include the discount. The original price is shown crossed out next to the sale price.

Do you offer savings on multiple items?

Yes. Add 2 items to your bag and save an extra 10%, 3 items for 15% and 4 or more items for 20%. The discount is applied automatically in your bag and at checkout.

Meet the Wilhelmina: a sherpa jacket built around one question — will you actually reach for it on a cold Tuesday morning? Available in Bronze and Beige and sized S to 3XL — the fit is generous, with room to layer underneath.

What You Get

Sherpa pile: a deep, curly fleece that traps air — which is what makes a light jacket feel this warm.

Styling Notes

Over a roll-neck and denim on a cold walk; over a shirt once the weather softens. It is the jacket you keep on indoors when the heating is not quite winning.

Looking After It

Spot clean only. Shake out and brush the pile in one direction to keep it lofted. Do not wash, wring or tumble dry — heat mats sherpa permanently. Hang loosely so the pile is not crushed.

Does it run true to size?
It is cut oversized on purpose. Take your usual size for the intended look, or size down once for a closer fit.

Will the pile flatten?
It compresses where a bag strap sits. Brushing it through in one direction lifts it straight back up.
